DPS brings over 130 years of combined managerial experience and the highest level of CAE and CAD software and hardware technologies to bear on supporting EPCs, rig operators, OEMs, and process package manufacturers. Utilising a host of intelligence-based solutions implemented with the leading software engineering and design packages, we have successfully completed over 50 projects spanning 5 countries.

For greenfield projects, our in house design team will work with the client’s internal stakeholders to understand the end goal of the project along with budget estimates and planned process requirements. We then create a conceptual design that will adhere to all necessary international and local standards but will also be cost effective and process efficient, ensuring that the FID and long lead procurement can be initiated with the minimum of impact to the project schedule. At the detailed design phase, all required construction drawings and documents for each Engineering Discipline are developed to AFC (Approved for Construction) status. These drawings and documents are then used in the Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning Phases, in addition to giving an accurate Bill of materials for Procurement.
With brownfield projects we ensure a clash-free environment between the new components and those already existing within a plant by placing the new design within a Laser Scanned 3D point cloud of the existing facility. This allows the client to walk through the design prior to it being constructed.
