The Approved Quality Management System
DPS has recently been accredited with ISO’s 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification. The award highlights that we are able to consistently provide solutions that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and can enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, ensuring our deliverables are right first time and meet the agreed brief.
ISO 9001 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems, first published in 1987 by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), it is one of the most commonly used management tools across the world with over 1 million organisations world wide have achieved this certification.
Timothy Franklin, the head of Quality Systems and PMO Manager at DPS noted that “This certification confirms DPS’ commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of our processes, products and services”.
